What size meetings do you handle?

Our goal is to be your trusted partner every step of the way. Whether it’s a meeting for 10 people or a conference for 5,000, no event is too small or too large. We’re here to support all your AV needs.

The In House AV company partners with the hotel and share a large portion of their profits with them. Even after accounting for the expenses of equipment transportation, travel, and accommodations for our team, our prices are usually lower than the venue’s quoted rates.

No, actually the hotels AV department is there to service the hotel and can be pulled in many directions to assist other guest. When we are onsite, we are there for you and only you.

Very few hotels have clauses that mandate you to use their AV, instead the AV company will try to make you believe that there are things we would not be allowed to do or there will be additional cost involved if we do the AV. The things we are not allowed to do are things we wouldn’t need (ie. Patch into the house sound), and would work with the venue on anything else like power and rigging if needed. The additional cost involved would already be included in the proposal. If by chance there is a hotel that does force you to use their AV, we can still be your AV consultant and be onsite as a part of your team to help oversee the AV.
